I think that lawn ornaments are interesting things. The thing that surprises me is that so many people have them, and the people that don't, either do want them, or just think they are dumb because they have no personality. People can think what they want about them, but I think they are wonderful. Lawn Ornaments have been around since the Romans and the Greeks, and that's a very long time. It's not that you have to put them out on your lawn, it just makes you look better, rather than having bare lawn and leaves and dead grass all over it. Even in the summer my family has lots of flowers and a well kept lawn. It's not even having to have plastic gnomes or creatures, it's just the way you keep it that makes it look nice. It doesn't matter what other people think of when they see your lawn, if you like to decorate it, then do it. It's not them that's doing it, it's you, so if they don't like it, too bad, because it's your lawn that is going to look twice as nice as their crap looking lawn.
